If you have leather items that you want to keep looking new, you will want to think about cleaning them regularly. Leather is a delicate product that requires careful cleaning methods. Leather Honey has leather cleaning and conditioning products that can help you keep your leather beautiful for years.
Here are some tips on how to use a leather cleaner.
Dilute the Leather Honey Leather Cleaner in water as directed on the bottle, then either spray or wipe the diluted cleaner on your leather item with our Lint-Free Application Cloth. Don’t forget to get into all the cracks and crevices. Make sure to avoid oversaturating the leather. We do recommend a quick spot test before applying any product to your leather.
After cleaning the leather, let it dry fully before conditioning. Once your leather is dry and ready for Leather Honey Leather Conditioner, grab a clean Lint-Free Application Cloth to apply the conditioner. You can even use your hands for a gentler touch. Make sure the conditioner is at room temperature and then spread on to your leather in a thin, even coat. A little bit of Leather Honey Leather Conditioner goes a long way!
Once you have conditioned the item, let the leather absorb the product for at least two hours — even better if you let the leather sit overnight. Then, wipe off any excess conditioner that remains. If your leather is very cracked, dry or damaged, you might have to condition it more than once. Otherwise, simply enjoy the leather and repeat the process of cleaning and conditioning when the item needs it again.
