If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, for any reason, please contact us and we will immediately assist you with an exchange or return and a refund, as well as provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We offer a lifetime guarantee – there is no return window or time limit for returns; we will take the product back at anytime for any reason and provide a full refund.

We do collect email addresses so that we can keep our customers informed of specials and other Leather Honey news through periodic newsletters. You will always have the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

CONTENT SUBMISSION & AMBASSADOR TERMS

• Overview By submitting photos, videos, reviews, or other materials to Leather Honey, or by participating in our Brand Ambassador/Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

• Content Usage Rights (UGC License) By submitting your content ("Content"), you grant Leather Honey a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, and distribute the Content across all marketing channels. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing. You retain ownership of your original Content, but you grant us the right to feature it indefinitely without further compensation. You also confirm that you are the original creator of the Content and have the right to grant these permissions.

• Ambassador Program & Deliverables (If Applicable) If you are participating in a formal Leather Honey campaign or Affiliate program, you agree to provide the deliverables requested in your campaign communications. Any specific compensation, commission structures, or timelines will be outlined in your individual campaign brief or program portal.

• FTC Compliance & Disclosures If you receive free products, commissions, or other compensation from Leather Honey, you must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with us in all related posts or videos (e.g., using hashtags like #LeatherHoneyPartner, #Ad, or #Sponsored).

• Brand Representation All submitted Content must reflect positively on the brand and must not contain offensive, explicit, or discriminatory material, nor make false or unsubstantiated claims about Leather Honey products.

• Termination & Modifications Leather Honey reserves the right to remove you from formal Affiliate/Ambassador programs at any time for failing to meet campaign requirements or violating these terms. We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued submission of content or participation in our programs constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

• Amazon Associates & Trademark Compliance If you are promoting Leather Honey via the Amazon Associates program, you must strictly adhere to the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement. You agree that you will not: (a) use the trademarked word "Amazon," "Prime," or any variations in your social media handles, domain names, or profile names; (b) bid on trademarked keywords (including "Leather Honey" or "Amazon") in any paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads); (c) share raw Amazon affiliate links in offline materials, private messages, or direct emails without routing traffic through an approved landing page; or (d) use Amazon's proprietary logos or images unless generated directly through Amazon's SiteStripe tool. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Leather Honey program.
