In general, our answer is that when it comes to leather conditioning and cleaning, there are no shortcuts: two separate products are better than an all-in-one cleaning and conditioning combination. While many products purport to condition and clean your leather at the same time, you’ll sacrifice conditioning almost every time. I have a lot of old tack that has been sitting in my dry Colorado barn for years, even long before I bought the property. This is **amazing** stuff! I had a pair of boots with some crazy powdery bloom on it — never worn, so it couldn't have been any road salts, etc. Most possibly badly tanned leather. HOURS of previous efforts included saddle soap, some aerosol leather cleaner, rubbing alcohol — nothing worked as the powdery stuff always came back worse than before — but this stuff and the cleaner pulled off a miracle.
