Early this summer our local historical society held an art auction fundraiser and my husband and I purchased a 100-year-old horse harness, to add to the collection of old farm implements decorating our big front porch. Although the harness will be somewhat protected from the elements by the porch’s overhang, the leather is quite weathered-checked and I wanted to slow further deterioration, so did a ‘leather restoration’ web-search to see what products were available. I found your website and was impressed by the history of the company, as well as what was said about the product. I ordered the leather honey and used it to clean and treat the harness, and was pleased with the way the leather responded — the checking is still apparent but the surface is no longer dry and crumbly. The harness is now ready for hanging, and all I’m waiting for is the delivery of a special, cast-iron, harness hook. Once it is in place I’d be happy to send you a picture, if you’d like.
I am definitely a satisfied customer — many thanks,
