Returns/Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, for any reason, simply return the unused portion in its original shipping box (or any old box) and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Please include your name, contact information, order number and order date.

Cancellations

If you decide after you’ve ordered that you don’t in fact need Leather Honey, just call us at 304.725.1667 within 24 hours of your order, and we will refund your payment.

Shipping

Shipping is free. Leather Honey is hand-bottled, carefully packaged in recycled (and recyclable) paper and boxes, and shipped from Kearneysville, West Virginia.

Most orders are shipped via USPS; orders of gallons or half-gallons may be shipped via UPS if we determine it is more cost-effective, depending on location. Please email us if you are concerned about whether you will be able to receive your order to a post office box.

If the bottle arrives damaged or leaking (which rarely happens), just let us know and we will ship you a new one. Currently, we only ship Leather Honey within the United States. However, if you’d like to place an order in Canada, please contact us and we will attempt to make shipping arrangements. We also have retailers in several international locations — you can find a list of them and their websites and contact information on our Store Locator page.

Privacy

Leather Honey guarantees that we do not share information about our customers with anyone. We do collect email addresses so that we can keep our customers informed of specials and other Leather Honey news through periodic newsletters. You will always have the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.
