1. Return/Refund Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, for any reason, simply return the unused portion in its original shipping box (or any old box) and we will immediately issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please use the form found on our Contact page and send it in with your return.


2. Cancellation Policy If you decide after you've ordered that you don't in fact need Leather Honey, just call us at 304.725.1667 within 24 hours of your order, and we will refund your payment.


3. Shipping Policy Shipping is free. Leather Honey is hand bottled, carefully packaged in recycled (and recyclable) paper and boxes,and shipped from Kearneysville, West Virginia. If the bottle arrives damaged or leaking (which rarely happens), just let us know and we will ship you a new one.Currently, we only ship Leather Honey within the United States.

Leather Honey guarantees that we do not share information about our customers with anyone. We do collect email addresses so that we can keep our customers informed of specials and other Leather Honey news through periodic newsletters. You will always have the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.
